In the interests of the health and safety of the pupils, staff and the whole community, it is imperative that the Return to School Declaration Form on behalf of your child is submitted after any absence and before your child returns to school.

Therefore after any pupil absence, the school should be informed of the reason and the Pupil Return to School Parent Declaration form should be submitted before the child returns to school. This must be done via your Aladdin Connect App: www.aladdin.ie/signin
